FAQ's
Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. The minimum quantity for a catering order is 4 dozen cookies. If you would like to order flavors that are not included in the weekly menu, an order of 4 dozen cookies with a maximum of 2 flavors will need to be made.
Q. Do you deliver catering orders?
A. Yes, but we have a small $25 delivery fee. Setup is not included.
Q. Is it too late to deliver for tomorrow?
A. We usually can accommodate a next day order depending on the number of people, menu and time of year.
Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
A. We can put together an assortment in 24 hours, but not all items on our menu will be available. For smaller orders turnaround is quick... Ideally 3-5 days for large orders.
Q. What is your minimum for delivery?
A. We have a $100 minimum for delivery.
Q. What size events do you handle?
A. We have the experience and expertise to handle events big and small from large weddings and corporate events to backyard bashes and office meetings.
Q. What if my Organization is Tax Exempt?
A. If your organization is tax exempt, please email us a copy of State Issued Tax Exemption forms. We will modify your Sweet T's Cookie Co Account so that in the future tax will not be charged.
