However, Sweet T’s Cookie Company LLC does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for complaint is the result of an error in our production or packaging of the goods. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, flaws and variations are expected. 

Shipping is not subject to refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for any reason. All sales final.

Order cancellation policy

We work very hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, it may be too late to modify or cancel your order. Contact us immediately at  and we’ll try our best to help you. 


Shipping policy

Our cookies are freshly baked the morning of your selected pick up or shipped date to ensure freshness! Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 business days after your order is shipped.

All packages are shipped via USPS. We offer Next Day and 2 Day service to business and residential addresses in the United States. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control (i.e., weather which could delay your shipment.) Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct. Sweet T’s Cookie Company does not offer returns nor accept refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours notifying us if; the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
